Comment:

 Help-1 will fail on 0.84 and up as it's based on dependancies for an old
 version of hulahop (a python interface to mozila libs). Sugar 0.84 and up
 depend more current releases of mozila code and use an updated version of
 hulahop to match. Sayamindu did work back in July for a helpfr activity (a
 custom version of help for a Madagascar and to Gabon deployment). The git
