 Measure 21 fails to see the mic (internal or external) and record anything
 on first launch with F11-XO1/os6 builds on an OLPC-XO1.
 Mic is fine (tested with pass-through from ASLAMIXER and with Skype).
 On the second launch Measure fails to load altogether. After erasing the
 existing Journal entry launches OK (but fails to see the mic again).
 Both problems were also present in os5.
