 Put up a Sugar Splash Screen.
 Hide as much text as possible.
 Reduce the wait times as much as possible.

 It woudl be good if there was still some visual que to those in the know
 that its booting from CD. Like maybe a different color of SUGAR on the
 boot screen.

 I wonder if anyone has a better name then "Boot Helper"
