#61: Collboration: Seing other users is Inconsident

 There are 3 of us logged into a collaboration server.
 The web page for eJabber says we are all online.
 Last week we could all see each other.

 Today one person can see one other person but the other 2 of us can't see
 anyone.

 We are willing to help debug but we are not sure where to start.
