 The Windows 'introduction' that it plays when a new user logs in for the
 first time.

 As the user is setting up his name and colours you could insert a couple
 of instructional pages, but you won't be able to explain the whole
 concept.

 Do the machines have the 'help' activity installed, which contains the
 FLOSS Manuals Sugar Manual.
