#44: Frame: Battery Charging icon looks like a 'missing battery'

 The colour choice (white with progressive white fill) for the 'charging
 battery' looks like a missing battery.

 This is especially noticable when compaired with the 'muted audio'
 icon which is an empty white speaker.

 A better choice might be to supperimpose a '+' (plus sign) over the
 coloured (user colours) battery icon when charging, and a '-' (minus sign)
 when discharging. When the battery is neither charging or discharging just
 the battery level icon would be shown.

 A white battery icon could be used to represent a missing or faulty
 battery.
