 Sorry I put wrong activity name, it should be 'Paint'.

 The tool in question is 'flood fill' (paint pot), who's icon is completely
 red which does not show up on a red background.

 In my opinion the icons should be two-tone, so that they can be seen
 whatever the background colour.
