 The attached patch does look for a file in the old .xsession format in
 ~/.sugar/debug

 The sugar executable then source this file. This leaves us the option to
 customize the debugging options. SUGAR_LOGGER_LEVEL should be turned on by
 default.

 I made it ~/.sugar/debug to be global to instances when running multiple
 emulators (~/.sugar/default, ~/.sugar/erikos2).
