#104: [Trac] Bug reporting tickets don't ask for enough information to pinpoint
the software versions in use.

I don't see how meaningful debugging can be done from the bug tickets
here. The fields on the Create New Ticket form don't ask for such basic
information as what version or build is being used, what machine it's
running on (a real XO or an emulation on what platform), and a suggestion
for reproducing the bug on someone else's similar system. I also find it
helpful to start a bug ticket with the name of the key software component
in square brackets at the start of the subject line.

Can more fields be added to the bug ticket form?
