 Hi, is it possible to fix the theme so that the unfocused tab elements
 across the top of the sugar wiki (page/discussion/edit/history/move/watch)
 don't display with 2/3rds of the old grey theme background? Pretty sure
 their background should just be set to all black, looks odd/broken at the
 moment.
