[Sugar Labs Activities]

Comments: A few issues:

(1) please include the standard activity toolbar so that users can change the name of the journal entry
(2) please have the scanning button change state visually so the user knows whether or not scanning is in process
(3) It would be good to calculate the screen size so there is not gray on the bottom (tested on XO)
(4) It would be good to Sugarize the activity icon.
