[ASLO] Can't upload Scratch New Version

Hello All

I'm trying to  upload scratch new version V13 to ASLO, but I'm getting



Oops! There seems to be a problem with this file...

Can not parse manifest file

Please correct this problem and upload your file again.


manifest file seems ok and in previous versions i had the same problem.
but retrying was successful...i presume this can be caused by the file size.
30MB.


 help.:)
