[ASLO] Activity MathGraph32 is now officially GPLv3

Dear ASLO team,

MathGraph32 [1] is now officially GPLv3 [2].
I couldn't find the license in the Developers Hub menu in order to change
it. Cuold you please point me to the right menu ti change MathGraph32
license?
If there's no way to change it from the Developers Hub menu, could you
please change it to GPLv3?
